| The MkIV Spitfire was a significant change from the earlier models both inside and out. The most obvious features are the new style bonnet, the Vee profile at the rear and the added curves all over. | The interior was completely revised for the MkIV - new seats, door panels, rear cockpit panels, dash top, radio housing... the list goes on! The Spitfire 1500 and GT6 Mk3 interiors are virtually identical. |

| Seats |
| The seats were developed over the life of the MkIV and 1500. Basically there are four types: Non-Reclining; Reclining; Reclining with adjustable headrest; High Back. The mounting points remained the same throughout production so many owners have fitted the later, more comfortable seats... luckily they are quite easy to identify. |

| The trim boards are the same for the Spitfire MkIV and the Spitfire 1500. I offer two alternatives depending on what you are looking for: |

authenticity. Corner carpet panels and weld lines on the door panels, weld lines on the rear panel. The GT6 Mk3 door boards will also fit a Spitifre MkIV or Spitfire 1500 so I have included them as well. |
